Leaders for the next generation

Since re-organization in 2002 the leadership of the Lorain County Young Democrats has been strong and able. It is the great dedication of these members that has ensured this organization's continued growth and development into one of the best organized Young Democrat chapters in the state.

Many of our officers hold various positions within the party and some have gone on to begin careers in politics. For some it is the skills and connections they have made in the LCYD that allow the beginning of a career in politics. The Lorain County Young Democrats owe much to our volunteer leaders, please take a few moments to learn a little about the people that make the LCYD tick!

Officer elections are held during the first meeting in February. All terms are for one year with no officer serving more than three consecutive terms. Offices take affect two weeks after the election or at the next meeting.
